3-day workshop
Coaching Leaders/Managers to Coach prepares leaders to master the basic conceptual frameworks of the coaching process so they can think and perform as coaches in their interactions with peers, direct reports, superiors, and groups.
Key learning outcomes include:
- Understand how the cycle of change works and how to enable others to navigate their way successfully through the predictable phases of change.
- Lead from behind and “challenge” others to move beyond their comfort zones.
- Establish, sustain, and conclude coaching relationships in a variety of settings.

Managing Change provides a process and tools to help individuals and understand a natural and predictable pattern of change and to know how to identify their own location in that cycle. They learn how to evaluate their current environment and take action around choices that support their goals.

- Define the life skills necessary to be effective in each phase of the Cycle of Renewal.
- Create a vision for themselves and examine the strategies and choices that will help them reach that vision.

Skills for Leaders helps mid-level managers to learn and practice basic skills of coaching as they develop leadership qualities. Moving Forward: Navigating Transitions focuses on helping individuals to successfully transition to a new role within an organization or outisde the organization.
