Overview
The Coaching Seminar is a one-day program that provides an overview of the coaching process and key coaching skills required to effectively work with diverse clients to promote intentional, future-oriented decisions and actions. Participants learn how to establish a coaching relationship and how to coach clients at various stages of change. This program helps individuals discover whether coaching represents a new path or skill set to add to their work portfolio.
