About our Coaches

Typically, our coaches represent a diverse pool of individuals who share many common traits:

Advanced educational degree
Senior level positions within an organization
Diverse fields, industries, and functional expertise
Experienced in utilizing 360 feedback and other feedback instruments

How the process works:

Based on an initial assessment of your unique situation, we would identify some qualified coach candidates and outline a possible way to proceed.
We encourage individuals to interview and select a coach with whom they would feel comfortable.
We can provide individual and/or team coaching, or both in conjunction with each other.
Typically, the coaching contract will last from 6 – 9 months.
You would likely complete a select suite of assessment tools prior to beginning a coaching relationship.
The first meeting with a coach may begin with a face-to-face session, after which you would schedule regular coaching conversations by phone.
