Scottsdale Insurance Company has been working with The Hudson Institute since 2002, with 35 of our leaders having participated in the 3-day Coaching Managers to Coach Session. Our leaders have ranked this coaching program as the best they have ever attended. We are now moving forward to institutionalize the Hudson coaching model throughout the organization. Scottsdale Insurance Company has two leaders who are Certified Hudson Institute Coaches in the organization with plans to continue sending our leadership to the 3-day coaching seminar. The Hudson Institute coaches are the most committed in the country and are available to provide ongoing support after the session.
