The Coaching Seminar is a one-day seminar that provides an overview of the coaching process and key coaching skills required to effectively work with diverse clients to promote intentional, future-oriented decisions and actions. Participants learn how to establish a coaching relationship and how to coach clients at various stages of change. This program helps individuals discover whether coaching represents a new path or skill set to add to their work portfolio.

Prerequisites

The LifeLaunch™ Program, which is our foundational transition and change program. This four-day intensive seminar provides potential coach participants with immersion in our developmental model of normative change accompanied by coaching and a dynamic experiential learning environment.
