Pamela McLean is also a clinical and organizational psychologist and co-author of LifeLaunch: A Passionate Guide to the Rest of Your Life.  She leads the Institute working in the areas of Leadership and Coaching Development, Executive Coaching, and Renewal and Change Strategies.

Her career has spanned over 30 years working in the arenas of clinical and organizational psychology, consultation, education and leadership development.
